IF ROBOTS DO THE WORK,
AMERICANS SHOULD OWN THE ROBOTS.
No welfare lines. No government handouts. Every American citizen becomes a permanent shareholder in the AI economy from the day they are born.
Just like Alaska's oil dividend, every American owns 100 untouchable shares in America's AI & robot companies—paying your family cash every single month.
Kids' shares activate on day one: half goes to Mom & Dad monthly; half compounds so every 18-year-old starts adulthood ready to buy a home, learn a trade, or start a business.
We tax robot factories and industrial power grids—so human paychecks, small businesses, and American craftsmen pay $0 income or payroll tax.
How Does It Work?
As AI software and robots replace millions of office and factory jobs, corporate profits skyrocket while family wages shrink. Worse: without human paychecks to tax, Social Security goes broke in 2032, and raising kids has become too expensive for young couples.
Instead of government breadlines or printing money (which causes inflation), we use the proven Alaska Oil Dividend and Texas Land Fund model: tech giants contribute shares of their stock to an American Citizen Fund in exchange for fast-tracked power plants and permits.
AI & robot companies need public land, power grids, and fast permits. To get them, they put 4.5% of their stock into the American Sovereign Index.
Every American gets 100 shares at birth. Politicians can never touch the fund, and no bank or creditor can ever take your shares away.
The Fund pays out 5% every year. As AI grows, your monthly check grows—and half of your kids' shares compound into $200,000 by age 18.
A 10% tax on robot factories and mega-power grids funds national defense and pays down our debt—so human workers & craftsmen pay 0% tax.

1. If Robots Do the Work, How Do Families Get Paid?
For generations, the American Dream worked on a simple promise: if you worked hard, your paycheck grew, you bought a home, raised a family, and retired with a strong Social Security check. Today, AI and physical robots are learning to do millions of office, warehouse, medical, and factory jobs at a fraction of the cost—creating three urgent problems for every household:
- Shrinking Paychecks, Booming Stocks: When software and robots replace human shifts, corporate profits soar while everyday wages fall behind.
- Social Security Goes Broke in 2032: Right now, 84 cents of every tax dollar Washington collects comes from taxing human paychecks. Robots don't pay payroll taxes. Because birth rates have also fallen to record lows, the Congressional Budget Office confirms that Social Security faces an automatic 25% benefit cut in 2032.
- Raising a Family Is Too Expensive: Raising a child to 18 now costs over $300,000, pricing young couples out of starter homes and family life.
2. The American Solution: Turn Every Citizen Into an Owner
In 1862, Abraham Lincoln signed the Homestead Act, giving working families ownership of the American frontier. In 1976, Alaska created the Alaska Permanent Fund, requiring oil companies to share their wealth with the public—sending every Alaskan man, woman, and child an annual check with zero welfare bureaucracy and zero state income tax. Texas did the same in 1876 with its $70B+ Permanent University Fund.
The Abundance Compact brings that proven American model to the AI age: AI and robotics companies get 90-day fast-track permits for power plants and data centers, legal safe harbor, and 0% cash corporate tax. In exchange, they contribute 4.5% of their stock each year (plus power-grid royalties) into the American Sovereign Index owned directly by every citizen.
Real-World Proof (Oct 18, 2026): Leading AI lab Anthropic voluntarily pledged 5% of its company stock to help workers affected by AI—proving that 4.5%–5% equity sharing works.
Every citizen holds 100 units from birth. Politicians cannot vote the shares, and no bank or creditor can ever seize them. By 2036, the 5% annual payout delivers $23,680/yr ($1,973/mo) to a married couple and $41,440/yr ($3,453/mo) to a family of five.
A child's shares start paying at birth: 50% goes monthly to Mom & Dad to cover groceries and child care; 50% compounds tax-free until age 18 into ~$200,000 for a first home, debt-free trade/college degree, or business startup.
A 10% tax on robot factories and industrial power grids replaces the IRS—so human paychecks and tradespeople pay 0% income or payroll tax, Social Security is 100% protected before 2032, and $26 Trillion in projected national debt is retired.
